Tabata Bootcamp is not just an exercise program, it’s an 8-week system. You get:

  • 6-min workouts(6 days each week) and 30-min workouts (2 to 3 times each week)to boost and keep you metabolism going

  • Recipes and meal plan along with a nutrition guide to boost your success

  • Support from fellow bootcampers (for group bootcamp sessions)

  • Coaching and support (SMART goals, fitness assessments, food log review, metabolic profile assessment) from your trainer

  • Weekly check-ins (via email, phone, or through the bootcamp private message system or message board)

  • Figure 8 resistance band (included in bootcamp price)

I have a pretty busy schedule. Will this work for me?

Absolutely! Each day, you decide what works best for your schedule and life.

Can anyone participate?

Yes! Anyone (18+) can participate. During the registration process, I’ll get a sense of your goals and current activity level and will customize your experience to meet you where you are and move you towards your ultimate goal.

What are the bootcamp requirements?

Be present. This is most important thing. You’ll take this journey for you (and you deserve it), so as long as you show up everyday, you’ll be fine. Apart from that, you’ll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, laptop, tablet) and an internet/wireless connection to access your bootcamp website (check with your wireless carrier for possible fees)

  • Figure 8 band

  • Yoga mat/towel for floor work

  • Appropriate athletic sneakers that offer support

How expensive is it?

The long term benefits of the boot camp are priceless.  Compared to the cost of hiring me as your personal trainer at $60-90 per hour, your investment into your wellness with this boot camp is very cost effective.  With your investment,

  • You’ll have unlimited access to a certified fitness trainer/wellness coach
